Kate Lee - Pursuing Social Work Studies in Washington State
A knowledgeable paralegal with experience in social work and family court, Kate Lee is working towards a master’s degree in social work from Capella University. She keeps up to date on relevant issues in her field of study, particularly issues that often arise in family court. Kate Lee has experience with creating parenting plans, co-parenting, supervised visits, and child custody issues. In addition, she is also knowledgeable about alcohol and substance use disorders and high conflict dissolution.
Kate Lee holds additional degrees from Tacoma Community College (an associate of applied science degree in paralegal studies and an associate of arts degree in criminal justice), as well as a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Capella University. She is a member of the City Club of Tacoma, the Association of Conciliation Courts, the Association for Conflict Resolution, and the World Wide Supervised Visitation Network.
In addition to her career as a paralegal and her graduate studies in social work, Kate Lee is also a Washington state notary public. She remains actively involved in her local community and enjoys campaigning for local government officials. She is also involved with local animal rescues and supports other local businesses in her area.
